With Malta’s central position in the Mediterranean and the United Kingdom’s Brexit procedures soon to be implemented, the time is just right for Malta to gain traction and rank as a possible relocation destination for those UK start-ups and companies which are searching for stability and also a secure point of entry into the European market.

A report https://ec.europa.eu/info/sites/info/files/ecfin_forecast_spring_110517_mt_en.pdf drawn up by the European Commission highlighted Malta’s sunny climate, secure and business friendly environment together with the English speaking community as the main factors which contribute to Malta benefitting from a high economic growth. The level of this growth is well above the growth registered in the other EU countries.

It is precisely this environment which renders Malta also very attractive to start-ups. Start-ups in Malta are, in fact, carefully guided and aided by a number of business incentives which were introduced specifically to facilitate them to set up here in Malta. These incentives are created to offer them assistance.

Malta has worked on developing numerous solid competitive advantages and our expertise and contacts here in Malta make us a good medium for those who would be interested in taking up these opportunities.

Malta is seen as the future hub within the EU offering many opportunities and at LexPractis we are proud and committed to be part of this. We strive to ensure that relocation is made as smooth as possible and to exploit to the full the legislative and organisational framework Malta has fostered and in which we are well conversant.
